How We Work
We are a marketplace connecting you with a variety of brands from across the world. Because of the way that we work, if you order an item through us, we work with the brand and they will send you the item themselves, if you order from multiple brands, you will receive multiple deliveries.
Through our sustainable standards, we expect our brands to use sustainable, recycled and ethical packaging, please do reach out to us on contact@publicfibre.com if you have any questions or queries on this.
Costs & Timings
We hope to have all items dispatched to you within 5 days. Because each brand sends you the item using their own method, the courier, costs, times and policies differ slightly between each and you will receive separate notifications for each order. We are working to have a flat fee for all deliveries, but for now the costs depend on each of the brands.
For international orders, customs, duties and/or taxes may apply.
Order Tracking
You should have received tracking details with your order, if not, please email us at contact@publicfibre.com or hit "chat with us" on the chat icon and we will reply ASAP.
Our Policy
If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return the items within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.
Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
- If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.
- Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
- We, or the brands, cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
- If returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any customs charges. Public Fibre is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.
- You should receive a returns form with your order, if you haven't please email us at contact@publicfibre.com (we're pretty responsive so should get back to you the same day).
- Once printed, please make sure this packaging slip is enclosed with your goods – no form may result in your return not being processed.
- Once the package is received, a refund takes up to 14 business days to be credited back to your account. The account that paid for the item originally will be credited unless otherwise requested.
- Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further information on returns.
